| Elections Nomination Process |
|
Dear Members,
SSSS, MI invites nominations for Executive Committee (EC) and One Board of Trustee (BOT) position for the year 2010 - 2011.
Term of EC position is for ONE year (Aug to July) and for BOT three years (2010-13).
Please check the following link for nomination form.
If you would like to go for nomination for any position, please read the following information regarding the election process.

The duly filled nomination form must be received by July 15th 2010 and should be dropped in designated drop off box located in the Temple Front Desk at SRI SHIRDI SAIBABA TEMPLE, 28875, W. Seven Mile Rd. Livonia, MI 48152.

| General guidelines for Elections: |
i) Contesting member should be MI resident
ii) No person shall contest for more than one position.
iii) One nomination for each member family.
iv) All filled in nominations should be dropped at Temple designated drop box on or before Thursday, July 15th 2010 before 8.00 PM.
v) Nominations will be scrutinized and informed via email to respective candidates by July 16th 2010.
vi) Last day for withdrawal of nomination by 5.00 PM, Sunday, July 19th 2010 by email to election_committee@saibabami.org
vii) Election committee will determine go/no-go for elections (by ballot) on 22nd July 2010 for any given position(s).
viii) If there are elections, ballots will be mailed by July 26th 2010 and completed ballots should be post marked by Aug 2nd 2010
ix) Ballots will be counted in case of elections on Aug 6th 2010 and results will be communicated to the Chairman.
x) Election expenses donation of $100 for president and BOT and $25 for other positions should be paid along with the nomination.
