All the volunteers should follow the rules and regulations of the temple. Volunteers can not change any systems that are in place. Only committee member will have to look into it. All Committee members (BOT, EC and other committees) can also sign up and help at their convenient.
This will be a great opportunity for devotees to serve their beloved God Sai Baba. No work is small or great… every small help will be appreciated equally by Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.
Most of the common needs for a volunteer work:
1. Food distribution – Thursdays and weekends.
2. Decoration on special events
3. Helping the Temple manager during rush hours
4. Cleaning the place after Puja on Thursdays and weekends
5. Treasurer may need help in rush hours and special events
6. Sai vidya peeth
7. Help to maintain silence in the temple
8. Engage the kids during puja time
9. Gardening and property cleanup
In the major events, we may need to assign more work before 2 or 3 days in advance for arrangements. A sign up sheet, Helper Schedule and Sai Sevak Registration sheet are at the temple. Encourage Youth and Kids as Volunteers |
